GLAMOUR, STRENGTH, SPACE AND HARMONY: WITH GLORIOUS OCEAN VIEWS

Tallowood Real Estate proudly presents this magnificently built Pavilion-Style Estate, which is an Entertainers Dream. It is set in an idyllic, elevated location, in Hallidays Point and was built with ethically sourced materials.

I have admired and loved this enchanting property from a far for many years, and am THRILLED to be given opportunity to assist the vendors with this sale……Angie Shuetrim-Milles

This glorious property was purposely built for family and friends to enjoy. We know that the number one criteria for the purchase of such a property is the requirement of self-contained accommodation. This property has an Exquisite 2 bedroom house on-site. Verandas wrap around both dwellings, providing uninterrupted views of the Mighty Pacific Ocean and Contours of the Mid North Coast.

In order to ensure the highest level of quality and perfection, the property was built over a four-year timespan. The house is anchored with threaded galvanised rods running from the inside of the concrete footings to top of frame in all corner positions. " The unusual/ enchanting roof lines makes for an interesting interior, and the ceilings are lined with woven bamboo sheeting which are sealed as the sheeting extends to the one metre eaves.
The white kitchen, with pale blue glass splash backs, flows through to study/laundry/sewing room which has lots of storage. All bathrooms are open rooms with white stones and marble from Bali.

The coconut posts used in the carport and walkway to the pavilion weigh 175kg each, and the walkway from the house to the pavilion has extra thick steel to engineers specifications. The pavilion roof is connected with galvanised steel frames connected within floor slab.
No detail has been spared - the bamboo railings inside were rubbed back by several family members over eight days to return the bamboo back to its natural state. The floors are mixed colours of Australian hardwood, which were stored for 12 months to dry out, then carefully laid to achieve the best variation of colours.

The front brick fence, which covers the width of the property, has solid concrete footings and the concrete drive leading from the front automatic gate to the shed has extra thickness to take weight of heavy vehicles. The shed is HUGE and even has a SERVICE PIT!!!
Limes, lemons, cumquats, peaches, mandarins, bananas, tangelos, figs, avocados, mangos, pecans, ruby red grapefruits, strawberries and many herbs grow in abundance.

We could wax lyrical for many more paragraphs, but the real joy comes from inspecting this property yourself. We look forward to welcoming you.
